Well we are almost at the end of February already!! Crazy how time flies!

In my calling I am usually looking a month or 2 ahead. What to feed the missionaries. Sending welcome letters and information to missionaries who have accepted a call to serve here as far out as July 22 now.

Yesterday I spent the day making departure packets for missionaries flying home March 20th.

On the other hand Elder Davis has been going through his piles or like he calls them Celestial mounds. Under the desk he calls valuable real estate🥰. He is searching for receipts to complete his last bit of reconciliation concerning the mission vehicles.

As we continue the juggle to learn our many responsibilities we see places where improvement is needed and it can feel a bit overwhelming at times.

For some setting new goals at the beginning of the year is invigorating, empowering, and motivating. I try but more often than not most of those goals can be overwhelming, challenging and often unmet by February. I can get in a dangerous cycle of beating myself up by saying to myself “Why can’t you? Why don’t you? What is so hard about it?!”

Our Mission President recently addressed this very topic.

“I want you to remember, you do not have to do it all, be it all or become it all by any daY of the week that ends in the letter “Y”!! 😉 Be anxiously engaged without being anxious. Our consecration is not measured by our perfection. It is measured by our effort and our willingness to joyfully yield our hearts to God.

Jesus will never leave you – even when you fall. So, give your best, consecrate your all, be willing to submit and know that it is enough – because you are more than enough.”

Elder Davis and I add our witness from personal experience. Please don’t give up even if you find yourself under your desk looking for receipts!

“With the gift of the Atonement of Jesus Christ and the strength of heaven to help us, we can improve, and the great thing about the gospel is we get credit for trying, even if we-don’t always succeed.” President Jeffrey R Holland

We add our testimonies that YOU ARE ENOUGH! Don’t let the adversary tell you different.

The Lord is waiting to help in whatever area you may need but you have to be willing to invite Him in your life then trust His direction. He will make more of you than you ever thought possible. We are living proof even when under a desk. 💗

He LOVES YOU and so do we💞 Let’s go Forward with Faith Together! There is much Joy to be found when we link arms with Him, trusting that He is the way because HE truly is!

YOU are ENOUGH and great things are ahead❣️
