John 14:27
“Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you.”
This past weekend they had a creshe event. Over 300 nativities from all over the world were displayed.
I had the opportunity to pop in and help with the table setup since it was in the same building as our mission office. Fun for me🥰. This is an annual event back home but here it was their first time and more friends came than expected. They hope to do it annually too.
I felt such a sweet spirit in the gym it brought tears to my eyes as we walked around and looked at all those creative depictions of the greatest gift ever given…a Savior for the world, for each one of us.

I read something that came in my email recently from light the world that said…
“The world rushed past the manger on that first Christmas night, but heaven stood still. Christ didn’t erase the world’s chaos; He brought peace into it. He still does.

His quiet arrival and humble actions throughout His life remind us that His light reaches even our darkest days. When life feels heavy, peace comes from showing compassion to others and ourselves.
And when we pause to feel His love, even the busiest season can feel sacred.”

Our prayer for each of us is that we will remember the reason for this Christmas season and take time to give thanks..,
Luke 2:10 “And the angel said unto them, Fear not: for, behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people.
11 For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord.”
